Product Overview

Capillex® 80 is an 80-micron direct capillary stencil film designed for screen printing applications requiring very high ink deposition and maximum stencil thickness. It is particularly suited for coarse mesh counts where large ink volumes and robust stencil performance are essential.

The controlled 80 µm stencil profile enables consistent heavy ink build-up while maintaining predictable print results in demanding industrial environments.
