Plus 6000 Emulsion
MacDermid Alpha PLUS 6000 is a high-performance diazo-sensitised direct emulsion with a high solids content of 44%, designed for applications requiring strong stencil build and durability. This pigmented, aqueous emulsion is formulated from water-dispersible polymers and monomers and is supplied with a powder diazo sensitiser.
PLUS 6000 offers excellent resistance to water-based inks, plastisol inks, and ceramic tile printing inks, making it particularly suitable for demanding applications on coarser meshes where good ink deposit and stencil thickness are required. It delivers high print durability and consistent print quality, even in challenging production environments.
Despite its robust stencil build and resistance, PLUS 6000 remains reliable and practical to use and can be efficiently reclaimed after printing, making it a dependable choice for applications where durability and build are critical.
