Plus 7000 Emulsion
MacDermid Alpha PLUS 7000 is a high-quality diazo-sensitised dual-cure direct emulsion with a 34% solids content, designed for demanding screen-printing applications. This pigmented, aqueous emulsion combines excellent print quality with exceptional resistance across a wide range of ink systems.
PLUS 7000 provides outstanding durability and sharp print definition, making it suitable for printing with water-based, solvent-based, co-solvent, and UV-curable inks. Its strong water resistance also allows reliable use in high-humidity environments without stencil softening.
Despite its high resistance and toughness, PLUS 7000 remains easy and forgiving to use, offers a wide processing latitude, and can be efficiently reclaimed after printing, making it a versatile, all-round emulsion for professional screen-printing operations.
