Keditec K600 UV-DTF Printer

This UV-DTF printer is a high-volume machine using the so-called A and B film system.

The A film consists of a carrier film with an adhesive layer and a protective liner. During printing, the protective liner is automatically removed and the image is printed right-reading onto the adhesive-coated A film. After curing the ink, the B film is laminated onto the A film. During this process, the adhesive layer from the A film is transferred to the B film and is therefore positioned underneath the printed image.

The UV-DTF transfer is then ready to be applied to a wide variety of objects and materials. It is important to thoroughly degrease the surface of the object before applying the transfer. Please also refer to the instruction document.

The Keditec K600 can be configured with either 3 Epson i1600U printheads or 3 Epson i3200U printheads for even higher production speeds.

One printhead is used for CMYK, one for white and one for varnish.

For configurations with additional and/or fluorescent colours, we recommend the K600 PRO version.
