Saati Tex PHU2 is a high-performance pure photopolymer emulsion, specifically developed for textile and garment screen printing. This one-part, pre-sensitised emulsion requires no diazo mixing and delivers very fast exposure times, making it ideal for high-throughput production environments.

Saati Tex PHU2 features a high solids content (approximately 47%) and a medium viscosity, allowing easy coating on all common mesh counts. The emulsion forms a durable, low-swelling stencil with excellent resistance to water-based and solvent-based inks, and is particularly well suited for discharge inks without the use of diazo or chemical hardeners.
