MacDermid Alpha PLUS 9000 is a high-performance, one-pot photopolymer textile emulsion designed for garment screen printing. This red, SBQ-based direct emulsion features very high solids content and fast exposure speed, enabling rapid stencil production with excellent coating quality.

PLUS 9000 offers a wide exposure latitude, produces high-quality prints for line work, halftones and solids, and allows the creation of very thick stencils for high-build and special-effect inks. The one-pot system requires no diazo mixing, reduces preparation time, and ensures easy processing and fast screen reclamation.

PLUS 9000 is intended for garment printing with non-water-based inks, including plastisols and puff or expanding inks.
