Saati Cer HHW1 + Diazo 21
Saati Cer HHW1 + Diazo A is a high-quality dual-cure emulsion with a very high solids content (50%), specifically developed for direct ceramic tile printing and applications requiring very thick stencil build-up. In combination with Diazo A, the emulsion forms a strong and durable stencil for specialised industrial screen-printing applications.
Cer HHW1 features fast exposure with a wide exposure latitude and enables stencil thicknesses of up to approximately 300 microns, depending on mesh and coating method. The emulsion offers good resistance to water-based and weak solvent-based inks and delivers reliable print quality with high ink deposit.
This product is often selected for applications where users are familiar with Fotecoat 1066 and offers identical performance in terms of stencil build-up, processing and print results.
