Saati Graf HU2 + Diazo is a high-quality dual-cure emulsion developed for graphic screen-printing applications on medium and fine mesh counts. The emulsion offers an excellent balance between stencil durability, print resolution, and processing latitude, making it suitable for a wide range of professional printing environments.

Saati Graf HU2 features a moderate solids content and produces a hard, low-swelling stencil with very good edge definition and detail reproduction, supporting both fine line work and solid areas. In combination with diazo, the emulsion provides reliable resistance to water-based, solvent-based, co-solvent and UV-curable inks.

Thanks to its wide exposure latitude and forgiving processing behaviour, Saati Graf HU2 is easy to handle in daily production while still offering consistent print quality and good durability over longer print runs. The stencil remains fully reclaimable using standard stencil remover chemicals.
