Saati Graf HS4 + Diazo is a high-quality dual-cure photopolymer emulsion developed for graphic and industrial screen-printing applications, particularly where high resolution, stencil hardness and solvent resistance are required. The emulsion produces a hard, low-swelling stencil suitable for demanding print conditions.

Saati Graf HS4 features a moderate to high solids content and offers excellent definition, mesh bridging and detail reproduction, making it suitable for both fine halftone work and solid areas. In combination with diazo, the emulsion provides reliable resistance to co-solvent, solvent-based, water-based, UV-curable and plastisol inks.

Thanks to its fast exposure speed and wide processing latitude, Saati Graf HS4 is well suited for both manual and machine coating, while remaining fully reclaimable with standard stencil remover chemicals when not chemically hardened.

This product is often chosen for applications where users are familiar with Fotecoat 1019 and offers identical performance in terms of stencil build-up, processing and print results.
